The Seville Food Bank has presented Integra2 Seville with an award for the help provided by them in carrying out its activity.
The awards ceremony took place in the Valentín de Madariaga Foundation, also receiving an award together with the company Mercadona. The ceremony counted on the presence of the Social Welfare and Employment representative from the Seville council, Juan Manuel Flores Cordero, who shared the presidential table with Ángela de Madariaga from the hosting foundation; Ignacio Candau, director of the Food Bank, and its president, Juan Pedro Álvarez.

The presentation was carried out by Joaquín López Sáez, from the COPE radio station in Andalusia and also counted on the presence of well-known people from Seville society, such as the Portuguese consul, Jorge Monteiro; businessman Rafael Juliá; Real Club Pineda president, José Antonio García de Tejada; or his counterpart from Real Club de Tenis Betis, Javier Aguirre.
The activity report from the Food Bank placed emphasis on whether the situation with regards to hunger in Andalusia was slowly beginning to improve. After 7 years of work, the Bank is still unable to cover all of the needs they have.

Integra2 were thankful for the recognition and communicated their continued commitment to supporting the cause. They also reaffirmed their commitment to social action aimed at favouring the disadvantaged, among which they emphasised the food collection campaign that takes place in Andalusia at the end of November.
