DRONAS 2002, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “Dronas”), owner of the brand INTEGRA2, complies with current laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data and, particularly with the (EU) REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL from the 27th of April 2016, related to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data and repealing Directive 95/46/CE, Organic Law 3/2018, from the 5th of December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and other legislation that it expounds, as well as Law 34/2011, from the 11th of July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce .

 

The aim of this Privacy Policy is to provide information about the processing of data of a personal nature that Dronas carries out on the web domain https://www.integra2.es/es/home.html, the web page found under it, and its respective subdomains and subdirectories (jointly named hereinafter the “Web Page”), in the INTEGRA2 Application, or using data collected on paper.

 

Dronas provides transport services by means of a network of branches, which allows it to cover the whole of Spain, Portugal, and Andorra (the “Branch Network”).  The Branch Network is made up of companies independent from Dronas, who assume the position of being responsible for handling the clients with whom they establish a relationship for providing services, and therefore, may have their own privacy policies and/or Data Protection Officer.

 

1.       Who is responsible for handling your data?

 

The company Dronas, with head offices in Polígono Industrial Nordeste, Calle Energía, 25-29, Sant Andreu de La Barca (08740), with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-62745765, registered in the Companies Register of Barcelona, Volume 34151, Folio 163, Page B-243133, Entry 1, with the email address integra2@integra2.es, owner of the INTEGRA2 brand, is the organization Responsible for handling the data.

 

In order to provide the services, Dronas, in the event of it so proceeding, will communicate the personal data to the INTEGRA2 Branch belonging to the geographical area for which the provision of services is contracted, and it is they, together with Dronas, who hold the status of being Responsible for the handling of data.

2.   For what purpose do we use your data?

 

The purposes of the data processing are as follows:

 

·         “Driver, would you like to work with us?” Form

 

Data of a personal nature entered in the “Driver, would you like to work with us?” form (https://www.integra2.es/es/home/careers/drivers.html) by Users, will be processed in order to take the application into account for possible vacancies or posts that may arise in Dronas and/or any of the INTEGRA2 branches that may match their profile and experience.  In the event of not consenting to said communication of the data, do not submit the completed form.

 

·         “Contact” Form

 

Data of a personal nature from the “Contact” form (https://www.integra2.es/es/home/pages/contact-us.html), or collected from an email sent by the User, will be compiled in order to manage and attend to the User’s information request, complaint, doubt, claim or for the specific purpose stated in said form or email sent by the User.

 

·         Physical form for contracting the service

 

Data of a personal nature filled in on the physical form for contracting the service contains basic data protection information, where one is informed of the person responsible for the handling of data, the purpose, the legitimacy, those receiving the processed data and the rights of the interested parties.

 

Data from said physical form for contracting the service will be processed by the Integra2 branch the sender addresses it to, for the sole purpose of managing shipments, organizing the delivery, as well as providing the interested parties with information relating to the services contracted with Integra2 (for example, details of the shipment via the track and trace system, shipment arrival notifications, communication of possible incidents, etc.). 3.   Which personal data do we process?

 

According to its purpose, at Dronas we may process the following personal data:

 

 

-    identification data (for example, name, surname, email address, address, signature, ID Card/Passport No., contact telephone no., etc.)

 

-     economic data (to provide the range of monthly expenditure on transport)

 

There are required fields on the form, and failure to fill them in will make it impossible for the User to submit their request.  We ask the User to please inform us of any change that may occur to the data provided.

 

The User guarantees and responds, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep it duly up to date.  The User will be solely responsible, on the grounds of filling in the forms using information that is false, inexact, incomplete, or  not up to date, exempting Dronas from any liability in respect thereof.

 

4.   What is the legitimacy for the processing of User data?

 

The legal basis that legitimizes our processing of the User’s personal data may be diverse:

 

a)    Consent

 

The legal basis is consent for the processing of personal data provided in the forms on the Web Page.  The User will be able to withdraw their consent at any time.

 

b)    Execution of the contract (Physical form for contracting the service)

 

c)    The legitimate interest of those responsible for processing the data in terms of the contact information.

 

 

 

5.   How long is the User’s personal data kept by us?

 

The User’s personal data will be kept for the time required for the purpose of achieving the objective of the processing.  Afterwards, their data will be kept for the time period established by applicable law (such as tax laws, accounting regulations, etc.).

 

The data provided in the “Contact” form will be kept for a period of 1 year.

 

In the case of the personal data provided in the “Driver, would you like to work with us?” form, this will be destroyed after a period of two years of not being notified of any updates.

 

6.   Disclosure

 

Personal data may be disclosed or communicated, where appropriate, to the Branch Network (https://www.integra2.es/es/home.html) in order to comply with the service contracted, for its monitoring and control,  for attending to the query made, as well as to banking institutions for charging or making payments, to the Tax Authorities where required, Courts or Tribunals, and in any other circumstances contemplated according to applicable legislation.

 

7.   What are the User’s rights when they provide us with their data?

 

Dronas undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the Users personal data and to guarantee that they may exercise their rights.

 

The User may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit the use, and, in the event that the processing is carried out by automated/computerised means and, as long as it is technically possible, the right to transfer their data, in compliance with what is established in the GDPR, by contacting info.lopd@logista.com, providing a copy of their document/ID Card duly accrediting their identity.  The contact information for the Dronas 2002, S.L.U. Data Protection Officer is the aforementioned.  

The User has the right to make a claim/complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (https://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/index-ides-idphp.php), if they consider that their rights have been infringed.

 

A)   Right of Access

 

The User has the right to access the data Dronas has about them.

 

B)   Right of Rectification

 

The User has the right to rectify the data Dronas already has about them. By actively providing Dronas with their personal data in any way, the User guarantees that it is correct and exact and undertakes to notify Dronas of any change or modification to it. Please remember that, as a general rule, the User must only provide Dronas with their own personal data, and not that of third parties.

 

C)   Right of Deletion

 

The User has the right to delete their data insofar as it may no longer be required for the purposes Dronas needed to process it for, in accordance with what is outlined above, or when Dronas no longer have the legitimacy to do so.

 

D)   Limit Processing

 

The User may request that the processing of their data be limited, which means that in certain cases they may ask Dronas to temporarily suspend the processing of the data or keep it for longer than the time required as may be required.

 

E)   Right to Object

 

This right, as the name states, means that the User may object to Dronas processing the personal data in the following cases:

 

-      When it is subject to processing based on public or legitimate interest, including profiling:

 

Dronas will stop processing the data unless it can provide compelling reasons that take precedence over the User’s interests, rights, and freedoms, or for making, carrying out or defending claims and complaints.

 

-      When the purpose of the processing is direct marketing, including the aforementioned profiling:

 

On exercising this right to this end, the personal data will stop being processed for such purposes.

 

F)    Right of Transfer

 

When Dronas processing the User’s data is legitimised by their consent or the execution of the contract, the User will have the right to request the transfer of their personal data.  This means they will have the right to receive the data provided to Dronas in a structured format, of widespread use, and readable by a device, in order to be able to send it directly to another organization, as long as it is technically possible.

 

 

 

8.   International Transfer of Data

 

In the event of contacting Dronas by means of any of the official social network accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn), we inform you that the use of said platforms implies the international transfer of data to Facebook Inc (Facebook), LinkedIn Corporation (LinkedIn), legitimised on the basis of the transferee adopting the standard contractual clauses, in accordance with Decision 2010/87 by the European Commission.

 

 

 

9.    Client Area

 

The Web Page has a client area for those who have previously registered as clients by means of signing a commercial agreement.  They are provided with a username and password for using this section of the Web Page, where they may  check data on their shipments and monitor, track and trace them.

 

10.   Information about Cookies

11.   Right to Modify

 

Dronas reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to possible new legislation or case law that may come into force, new services that may have implications in the area of data protection, and also practices in the Internet industry.   Dronas is fully aware of the use and processing that should be given to the personal data collected.  Furthermore, it recognises and guarantees subjection to all existing legal regulations on the matter and undertakes to comply with its duty of confidentiality for data of a personal nature, and its obligation to store it, guaranteeing the adoption of all of the protection and security measures necessary that are available to it, in order to avoid its alteration, loss, improper use, unauthorised access or theft.
