Integra2 Saragossa and Valencia improve their infrastructure
Integra2 continues to improve its logistics infrastructure in order to guarantee that it meets the high quality standards required by the network’s clients.

Integra2 Saragossa has increased the capacity of its temperature-controlled storage areas by 1,500 m2.  It currently has a 2,544 m2 ambient temperature storage area, a 762 m2 refrigerated storage area at between +2ºC and +8ºC with a 1,384 m2 pre-storage area, of which 520m2 are at between +15ºC and +25ºC.

Integra2 Valencia starts working with its new automatic sorter.

The conveyor belt is 36 metres long and has ten exit ramps and one for unread labels.  The scanner has an artificial vision system made up of two AV7000-1000 140mm f/5.6 STD Cameras, one to the side and the other above, with reading via image.  The sorter’s performance reaches up to 1,500 packages per hour, with a reading efficiency of 98%, even for badly placed or wrinkled labels. Integra2 expects to reduce the time taken in the parcel classification process and increase control of the shipments that arrive in different time blocks.

The investment in technology and the automation of processes that integrate our clients’ physical and information flows guarantees an efficient service with high quality standards.
